Refund policy
We have a 24 hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your live animal to request a return for full refund or exchange for a different live animal. This short time frame is due to this being a living, breathing creature with ongoing care requirements.
To be eligible for a return, your animal must be in the same condition that you received it, healthy, uninjured, fed and watered, with ear tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your animal upon reception and alert us immediately if there are issues with health or quality so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Butchered animals cannot be returned. If the carcass was properly handled by a licensed meat handler and deemed inedible for reasons that could be traced back to our care, we will provide a full refund upon inspection of the meat.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
